Learn to kayak at a free workshop on Tuesday, June 12th from 5 to 7 p.m. at Brittingham Park, 701 Brittingham Place. Participants will be organized into small groups to receive on-land instruction on kayak equipment and paddling technique. Then, practice their new skills in a kayak on the water. Single and tandem kayaks, paddles and personal flotation devices are provided. All ages are welcome. Please pre-register today by calling 266-4711.

Events must be low cost or non-profit and of interest to people in and around the WORT listening area and where other media might not highlight.
