It’s today’s Action Calendar!

Remember to vote in the spring elections today. Polling places are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you’ve moved since you last voted, you’ll need to complete a new voter registration application. You may register to vote at your polling place on Election Day.You’ll need to prove your address with a government document, Wisconsin driver license/ID, utility bill, bank statement, residential lease or paycheck showing your name and address. Madison Police Chief Michael Koval will be hosting a community forum at Our Redeemer Church, 1701 McKenna, tonight from 6 to 7 p.m. He will be discussing concerns specific to the West District. This is a great opportunity to come listen to the Chief, ask questions, discuss concerns and hear about what the police are doing in your community.

Explore what it takes to teach English abroad and how you can travel with an income at a free informational session tonight from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Central Library, 201 West Mifflin Street. Understand what international employers are looking for and how to find the job that fits your goals. Presented by Jennifer Phillips & Hannah LeDuc of the Wisconsin ESL Institute. The City of Madison, Madison Parks and family and friends of Milton McPike invite the community to join us as we honor his legacy in a dedication ceremony officially renaming Central Park, 202 South Ingersoll Street, to McPike Park on Wednesday, April 4th at 3 p.m.
